Mr Fox is looking for a fun night out, and an opportunity to do something a little bit different. Maybe a basement bar reminiscent of his den? There are many cool and quirky bars in London offering a range of different types of experiences, and as foxes are mostly nocturnal, we are going to follow him around on his nightly quests to see just what he gets up to...
On the first night, he tried out a few cool and quirky bars in London with themes. He fancied going back into history, so he visited a venue in Soho for the experience of an air raid shelter in a tube station – he decided he’d got off at the wrong stop. He popped into a funhouse for a spot of code-breaking, but the computer said no.
He heard about a speakeasy in Chelsea, but he knew it would not be his style. For the final stop of the night, he decided to revisit his schooldays with a trip to an old schoolhouse, but it brought back bad memories and he made a swift exit.
On another night out on the town, he wanted to experience a touch of the outlandish during his cocktail hour, so he found himself in several establishments including an exploration society in Covent Garden, and a Lewis Carroll inspired bar, but he found them distinctly conventional in comparison to his own ideas of an immersive cocktail experience.
Other quirky themed cocktail bars he tested out during his search included a prison-themed bar, but this did not match up to his own prison break experience back at the den. Another place cleared him out after playing too many vintage arcade games. Even an old tobacconist shop in Kentish town wasn’t smoking! And who would want a date night there anyway?! He had had enough!
After none of these satisfied his lust for something totally different, he sprinted back to Dalston, to his den in East London, and created his own fantastically quirky fully immersive cocktail experience. From the 11th of February onward, every Friday from 11 am-11.30 pm you and a minimum of 3 fellow devious accomplices can indulge in a 2-FOX-1 escape room experience
AND 2-FOX-1 cocktails whilst you play in any escape room of your choosing...
We have 4 rooms on our site: Bunker, Zodiac Killer, Prison Break x 2. Our Bunker room is also used to host the Virtual Bunker Experience. They are all physical games in real life where players are 'locked' in a room and must use elements of that room to solve a series of puzzles, find clues, and escape the room within 60 minutes.
We have an extensive cocktail menu and offer wines, craft beers and spirits too. Whether you’re looking for an espresso martini on tap or a more unique drink made to your personal taste, come and try one of Mr Fox’s exquisite cocktails.
