We push the opportunities for learning to the maximum by offering a games master (facilitator) in our corporate packages. The games master observes the entire experience and then leads a debrief with the team in our meeting spaces to identify opportunities for development.
This aspect of the package is entirely optional – so, depending on how worky or gamesy your awesome staff are feeling, we can tailor the escape room team-building experience to suit your group’s preferences.
What to Expect on the Day
This is your corporate team building event, and we pride ourselves on offering a range of solutions to suit everyone.
Ahead of the day, we will work out what it is that you want from the experience, whether it's focused team-building activities or a mix of fun and development.
If you are looking for a structured learning experience with our facilitator, we will liaise with you to get a grasp of your company vision and values and any competency framework you’d like us to incorporate into the escape game challenges.
We can facilitate up to 24 participants across four rooms and have three escape scenarios to choose from. Work together to save the world from nuclear annihilation in Bunker, use group cunning to outwit a serial killer in Zodiac, or fight for justice and freedom in one of our two Prison Break rooms – one of which allows you to split into two teams of up to six to compete head-to-head at the same brilliantly frightening challenge.
Before entering your chosen escape room, teams will be briefed on safety and procedure. We record the entire 60-minute escape room session, which the facilitator then uses to inform the debrief in the meeting rooms afterwards.
The debriefing is as important as the escape room experience because it provides a powerful opportunity for individuals to reflect on their team-work efforts and get feedback from others. Guided by the facilitator, the team works out what they could have done differently and how they will use these revelations moving forward.
If you are skipping the formal debrief, then it’s straight on to refreshments. We ensure that all guests are equally catered for, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and halal options – we only do inclusivity at Fox in a Box!
