That time has rolled around again.
The beginning of October for many is the start of colder days, Black History Month, the count down to Halloween… October is all of this for us but just a bit more. You see October 1st marks Escape Room Day. Take a moment with us to celebrate the birth of escape rooms and the development of the industry that brought us together.
Since their first appearance in 2007, the industry has grown to around 14,000 escape room businesses worldwide, offering an estimated 50,000 individual games!
Escape rooms are known by many different names around the world. Real Life Escape Games, Exit Games, Room Escape Games… Whatever you may like to call them, they have become a very special form of entertainment enjoyed by millions of people around the world.
But escape rooms are more than just a game to us, and we believe it should be the same for you.
We believe wholeheartedly in Immersive experiences that go beyond the normal scope of escape rooms.
What other medium truly allows you to lose yourself in a story that unfolds around you based on your wits and choices? In a truly immersive escape room experience, you don’t just solve puzzles, you solve scenarios. YOU are the protagonist.
We love escape rooms, because they get you off the couch and into the game.
Speaking of getting off the couch and into the game, this October, we’ll be promoting our Zodiac Killer room. What better experience in the run up to Halloween than the thrilling experience of racing against the clock in the Zodiac’s lair. Why don’t you commemorate both Escape Room day and Zodiac Halloween by booking a slot?
You’ll be guaranteed to have as much fun as this player on TripAdvisor:
I booked the Zodiac Killer room as a surprise date for my girlfriend who loves escape rooms. Little did I know that it was VERY immersive and she is pretty easily scared! Luckily all the staff were really sweet and accommodating and worked with us to adjust the room so that it was a fun experience for both of us (and so I didn't get dumped for taking her on the most terrifying date ever). So much time and effort has gone into creating the room and it was an awesome experience playing there. You can also tell everyone who is involved really loves what they do! Would definitely recommend for anyone who loves puzzles and frights! - Racheml
